Brock serves as an Executive Notes and Comments Editor for the Indiana Law Journal, a prestigious legal publication. His scholarly work includes a forthcoming note titled “The Plight of Workers: ALJ Independence in Arkansas Workers’ Compensation,” showcasing his keen interest in workers’ compensation law. His contributions to the Journal have earned him the Outstanding Associate Award.

In practice, Brock is gaining valuable experience as a Legal Intern at Jason M. Hatfield, P.A. His responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting discovery responses, preparing pleadings, and creating trial and medical exhibits. He actively participates in depositions, hearings, and mediations, enhancing his skills in personal injury and workers’ compensation cases.
Brock also serves as a Legal Intern for the Monroe County Courts under Judge Mary Ellen Diekhoff. Here, he conducts legal research, drafts memoranda and orders, and observes a broad range of criminal proceedings, deepening his understanding of the judicial process.

Before attending law school, Brock graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Economics from the University of Arkansas’s Walton College of Business, achieving a 3.97 GPA. He also completed a minor in Spanish, which equips him with valuable language skills to effectively serve a diverse client base.

Brock’s strong work ethic and leadership abilities have been shaped by roles in retail operations, inventory management, and team training.
