Brock’s respect for the law is grounded in a practical appreciation for the firm’s mission and the people it serves. His work ethic was shaped early through service and inventory jobs during high school and college, where he learned the value of responsibility, long hours, accuracy, and serving others. His years playing Arkansas Athletes Outreach (AAO), Amateur Athletes Union (AAU) and Fayetteville high school basketball took him across Arkansas and helped develop the teamwork, discipline, and competitive drive he brings to his legal work. Before becoming an associate attorney, Brock built on that foundation through law clerk work with the firm, courtroom exposure as a judicial intern, and research and editorial work with the Indiana Law Journal. Those experiences now support the careful preparation, aggressive advocacy, and client-focused service he brings to injured Arkansans.

Education & Legal Training

Brock earned his J.D. from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law in May 2026, graduating with honors after consistently earning Dean’s Honors. While in law school, he served on the Indiana Law Journal, first as an associate and then as a Notes and Comments Editor and received the Outstanding Associate Award for his contributions to the Journal. That experience strengthened the legal research, analysis, and writing skills he now uses to prepare cases thoroughly, identify important legal issues, and advocate clearly for injured clients. Before law school, Brock earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Economics from the University of Arkansas, graduating summa cum laude in December 2022. He was named to the Chancellor’s List throughout his undergraduate studies and completed a minor in Spanish. That background reflects the discipline, precision, and steady attention to detail that shape the way he studies the facts, law, and strategy behind each case.

Legal Research & Written Advocacy

Brock served on the Indiana Law Journal and received the Outstanding Associate Award for his contributions.  His article, “The Plight of Workers: ALJ Independence in Arkansas Workers’ Compensation,” was selected for publication in Volume 101, Issue 3 of the Indiana Law Journal. The article reflects both his strength in legal research and writing and his commitment to a fight central to the firm’s work: protecting injured Arkansas workers. Brock’s research skills, preparation, and determination to fight for clients help strengthen the firm’s workers’ compensation and personal injury cases.
