Jason has been a resident of Northwest Arkansas (NWA) since 1983. In 1987, Jason enrolled at the University of Arkansas as a pre-med student and in 1991 he received his B.S. in Microbiology. He went on to get an M.S. in Food Science and in 1997 obtain his law degree from the University of Arkansas Law School in Fayetteville.
Jason loves being a member of the NWA community and a proud razorback fan. Over the past 20+ years Jason has dedicated his career to representing the injured workers of NWA and is known to not only represent his clients but to treat his clients like family. Over the years he has built many lasting relationships.
In 2017, Jason moved his law firm, Law Office of Jason M. Hatfield, to Springdale, Arkansas where he represents clients all over NWA with legal matters that include personal injury, car accidents, truck accidents, wrongful death, workers’ compensation, criminal defense and more. Many clients will visit with Jason to discuss legal questions when they spot him having lunch at his favorite local Springdale, AR restaurants.
